iAUDIO 7 is recognized by the computer when the electricity is supplied through the USB port. If the electricity is instable, the player might not be recognized by your computer.

Here are the examples when the computer doesn��t recognize the player.

1. When it is connected by the USB hub.
2. When it is connected by the USB port on the front side of your computer.
3. Many devices are connected to the USB port at the same time.

Please use the USB port on the back side of your computer.
