My computer doesnt recognize my device.

Please connect USB cable to port on back of your computer. If it doesnt work, try with other computer.

If it works with other computer then your computer might have unstable window system or problem with mother board.

* supported Environment
Windows Vista/ XP/2000/ME : copy files and installing software or firmware.
MAC OS 10.X/Linux v2.4 : available only copy files.
