PC cannot recognize the player when connected.

Connect the device to the back USB ports rather than the front/side USB port of the PC and recheck whether the device is recognized.
If the device is still not recognized even though connected to the back USB port, recheck after connecting it to another PC.

In the case that the same issue persists, please contact the local retailer for AS service.
